This will acknowledge and thank you for your check which reimburses Merrimack Mutual for the savings realized in the cost associated with the exterior siding portion of our insured's loss. It is rare that we experience such candor and honesty on the part of the people we deal with on a daily basis.

Merrimack also commends you, our insured, Dennis Sims and the adjuster, Jud Rodney, for the spirit of the cooperation which prevailed throughout the entire adjustment process. We believe that this was a win-win situation for everyone involved and it just goes to demonstrate what can be accomplished when everyone pulls together.
